Users agree to indemnify and hold LXTG, as well as its legal representatives, partners, and employees, harmless from any damages, liabilities, claims, or demands for compensation, including expenses and costs of representation, brought by any third party as a result of the use of the website in terms that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, and/or as a result of the breach of the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and/or as a result of the violation of the representations and warranties contained in these Terms and Conditions.

8. User representations and warranties

The user acknowledges and represents that:

a) has read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

b) will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or by any means commercially exploit the website or its contents, or any part of them, as well as not use or reproduce the trademarks or any intellectual or industrial property rights of LXTG;

c) will not publish or use false, injurious, or defamatory information;

d) will not use, directly or indirectly, the services or the website for purposes that are against the law or inconsistent with the principles contained in these Terms and Conditions;

e) will not propagate viruses, spyware, adware, rootkit, backdoor or Trojan viruses, or other similar computer threats;

f) will not use software or other automatic or manual mechanisms to copy or access control of the website or its content.

9. Miscellaneous provisions

This contract shall be governed by Portuguese law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law, in conformity with contracts entered into and executed in this country. The nullity of any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be considered removed from these Terms and Conditions, remaining in full force and effect. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the respective conflicts and disputes of any nature relative to the formation, execution, or interpretation of this contract will be definitively resolved by the Judicial Courts of Lisbon, with express renunciation of any others.
